Privacy policy

These terms govern reservations made at B&B Don Gaspano.

- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest provides valid credit card details as a guarantee of the stay or proceeds with full payment of the total amount.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation terms applicable to each booking are those specified in the selected rate at the time of reservation. After the free cancellation deadline has passed, as well as in the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

- Payments: Payment may be made according to the methods and timing specified in the booking confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 4 pm to 8 pm (alternative times may be arranged upon request).
Check-out: by 10 am.

Tourist Tax
No tourist tax is applied at our property.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay.
