Privacy policy

These terms govern reservations made at B&B Don Gaspano.

- Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest provides valid credit card details as a guarantee of the stay or proceeds with full payment of the total amount.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation terms applicable to each booking are those specified in the selected rate at the time of reservation. After the free cancellation deadline has passed, as well as in the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

- Payments: Payment may be made according to the methods and timing specified in the booking confirmation.

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 4 pm to 8 pm (alternative times may be arranged upon request).
Check-out: by 10 am.

Tourist Tax
No tourist tax is applied at our property.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), personal data provided by guests will be processed by B&B Don Gaspano exclusively for purposes related to managing the reservation, fulfilling legal obligations, and communicating with guests.

Providing personal data is necessary to complete the booking.
Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Guests may exercise their rights under Articles 15 and following of the GDPR at any time by contacting the Data Controller.
